I have not received an email with magic link to signup/login to my account

Upon signing up for an account with Axon or logging in to an existing account, you will be required to provide an email address to which we will send a magic link.

In case you haven’t received an email with the magic link, we’d advise you to make sure the email address provided is correct and filled without any spaces or typos. If the address is correct and you still do not see the email from us, we’d recommend checking your Spam/Junk/Promotions folders.

I have not received an email confirmation of a transaction I made

Once you have initiated a transaction within your Axon account, which was executed successfully, our system will automatically notify you via email.

If you have not received a confirmation email of the transaction, we’d advise you to check your Spam/Junk/Promotions folders for the email.

In case you are not able to locate the email, please make sure that emails send from us are not blocked.
