KYC Verification Statuses

After you’ve completed all steps of the KYC verification process, your application will need to be reviewed and approved.

Every step of this process corresponds to a different status which you may see in your app.

This status indicates that you have successfully submitted all requested information for the purpose of verifying your account.

This means that the submitted application is pending further review and outcome

This status confirms your application has been verified successfully.

If you see this status, one or more of the components of your application could not be verified and another submission will be required.

We reserve the right to decline providing services at our sole discretion.
