From your Axon account you are able to initiate transfers to external wallets from the connected DeFi wallets, or your Trading wallet*.
*Note: In case there are assets acquired in the Trading wallet via fiat purchase, a clearing period will be enforced. Only assets outside the clearing period can be transferred.
For sending assets from a connected DeFi wallet, please keep in mind that through Axon you will be able to transfer only tokens supported by Axon.
How to initiate a transfer?
Navigate to the Wallets section
Below your portfolio graph, you'll see the Send option
After tapping on Send, you'll see a screen where you will be required to fill the receiving wallet*, currency, amount and sending wallet
*Make sure the receiving wallet address is correct, as crypto transactions are irreversible.You can change the Sending wallet address to another connected DeFi wallet or your Trading wallet
On the next screen you will see the quote of the transaction, where all transfer details will be displayed. Keep in mind that the given quote expires every 30 seconds.
Once the quote is accepted, you will be redirected to your connected wallet to confirm the transaction
After the transfer is approved from your deFi wallet, the transaction will be executed
On which blockchain will the transfer be executed?
All transactions initiated from your Axon account are carried through Avalanche blockchain.
What are the associated fees?
The fees that need to be covered are Avalanche’s network fee and Axon’s 0.05% fee. The fees will be deducted from the sending amount.
