Can I purchase crypto with а US bank account from the Axon app?
Yes, from the Axon app you can purchase coins with your US bank account directly. Before being able to do so, follow the steps of How to connect a bank account to my Axon account?. Also, you need to have successfully passed the KYC verification.
What type of transfer is supported within the Axon app?
Currently, the Axon app only supports ACH transfers.
How to purchase crypto with a bank account from the Axon app (US users)?
Once you’ve successfully passed the KYC verification, to make a purchase of crypto using your bank account, please follow these steps:
Add a bank account. For the steps of linking your bank account to Axon, please review the following article - How to connect a bank account to my Axon account?
Tap on the arrows button in the middle of the footer menu or navigate to the Dashboard section and select the Buy Crypto option
Choose the coin you'd wish to purchase along with the amount
Below the purchase pair you'll see Pay via, where you can choose the bank account with which you'd like to pay
On the next screen you will see the exact quote of the transaction
When quote is accepted, you'll be presented with the account details you need to use towards initiating a transfer from your bank account to complete the purchase.
What fees will be associated with the purchase?
Avalanche's network fee will be deducted from the selected purchase amount. Axon charges 0.2% fee.
For any other fees applied to your purchase, please contact your bank.
Will I be able to withdraw the coins after the purchase?
Once your tokens are credited within your Instant Wallet, you will be able to withdraw, sell or swap them immediately.
To which wallet are the tokens going to be credited?
All crypto tokens purchased via fiat currency are credited to your Instant Wallet: Trading section.
